モロッコの首都ラバトについて、とりあえず海辺に連れていってもらった。夕方のレストランで鰯のマリネを食べながらビール。たちまち、１０年前からそこにいるような気がしてきた。 After arriving in Rabat, the capital of Morocco, my friend Abdelkader took me to the beach. At a restaurant in the late afternoon we had beer over a fabulous plate of marinated sardines. Instantly I felt I had been there already for a decade.

There have always been numerous Asian joints, but recent openings of some Continental Chinese restaurants are remarkable. They offer uncompromisingly authentic Continental cuisine! シアトルのダウンタウンに行くときみが待っている。きみはいつも働いている巨人。ハンマーをふりかざし、とかとんとん。ジョナサン・ボロフスキー作の動く彫刻は、労働者を讃える作品です。 Whenever I go downtown Seattle, you are there, working. Holding the hammer and hitting the air, you are the hardest-working gentle giant! This is Jonathan Borofsky's kinetic sculpture placed in front of the Seattle Art Museum. Let the workers be praised. Venceremos.
