I can’t locate this anymore. It must be a Chinese restaurant at an airport somewhere with Mao as the theme. Could one be nostalgic about a dictator who never hesitated to commit multiple mass murders?

This giant clam is from the Bay of Mikawa. It’s some sort of autumn fruit, really. Grill it, chew it, and suddenly you find yourself plunged under the blue water.
